*Take your measurements against the body and not over your clothing

*Ensure the tape measurer is firm on the body but not tight

*All measurements are taken over the fullest area

*Bust measure the fullest part of your bust keep the tape measurer level to floor.

*Waist bend side to side to find the natural bend of your body, note it may not be the smallest point.

*Hips measure the fullest part of your hips approximately 20cms below natural waist.
